- Refunds are generally available within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Premium features as intended.
- To qualify, you must provide reasonable details (e.g., error screenshots or issue descriptions) so our support team can verify the problem.
- Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, purchased the wrong plan, or no longer wish to use the service.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase.
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time (e.g., cancelling mid-week or mid-month).
- Promotional or discounted purchases.
