Thank you for choosing Music To Minecraft (McToMc). We value your support and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for Premium subscriptions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally available within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Premium features as intended.
To qualify, you must provide reasonable details (e.g., error screenshots or issue descriptions) so our support team can verify the problem.
Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, purchased the wrong plan, or no longer wish to use the service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase.
Partial refunds for unused subscription time (e.g., cancelling mid-week or mid-month).
Promotional or discounted purchases.

3. How to Request a Refund

Your purchase receipt or transaction ID.
The email or Discord account associated with your subscription.
A description of the issue you experienced.

Once your request is received, we will review it within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

McToMc — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using McToMc ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

2. Service Provided

McToMc allows users to upload music/audio files, which are then processed into a Minecraft Bedrock Edition .mcpack resource pack.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any files you upload.
You must own the rights to any content you upload, or have permission to use it.
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

McToMc does not claim ownership of uploaded files.

By using the Bot, you confirm that your uploads comply with copyright laws.

We are not responsible for any copyright violations caused by users.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Bot to:

Upload copyrighted music without permission.
Distribute malware, harmful files, or NSFW/illegal content.
Abuse, spam, or overload the Bot’s services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Bot is provided “as is” with no guarantees. We are not responsible for:

Data loss
Service interruptions
Malfunction of generated packs

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, claims, or legal issues resulting from your use of the Bot.

8. Termination

We may suspend or ban users who violate these Terms without prior notice.
